Hall 7.00pm - 10.00pm
will need 1 volunteer for door 7.00pm -

Willunga & District Combined
Christian Community are looking for a whole lot of people who can each do a
little bit to make this popular Festival event a success again this year.
Youth & fitness not necessary. There are many light tasks
that need to be done. Whether you are young or old, strong or weak
you CAN help
and have a GREAT TIME in the process

1 Setting up catering tent,
laying out games & setting up activities.

food for workers.
3.30-4.30pm...
1 Shifting centre shelters, trestles & chairs away
from fireworks area.
4-5.30pm...
1 Assembling Float on truck at the Offes.

1 Re setting up shelters, trestles, chairs & extra
decorations
10-11am...
1 Setting up catering tent,
laying out games & setting up your activities.
